Refund policy

All sales are final on DTF Gang Sheets. If you have an issue with your DTF Gang Sheet, please contact us within 48 hours. If you wish to have your images reprinted after 48 hours, it will be at the customer expense. 

Once you place an order, you cannot receive a full refund if you have errors in your file. Your refund will be subject to a 10% processing fee. While everything is digital, we still pay for the software for you to use to create your gang sheets and we are still charged for the creation of your file. Your refund will be store credit only. 

We will not pay royalties for licensed or copyrighted images. You are responsible for paying any fees or royalties for licensed images including but not limited to any court costs, attorney fees or other fines that may be imposed against us for the print that you received.
